I’ve taken Melatonin, Benadryl, NYQuil, tried all my usual relaxation stuff-nothing is working. The first three nights I could not fall asleep until 4:00am-the fourth night I was able to sleep 9 hours-and last night I didn’t sleep at all-I’m typing this in a bleary, exhausted fog. Not because of the symptoms (though admittedly congestion was rough the first few days), but because of insomnia-I’ve been exhausted and physically tired, but my mind is wired and wide awake.
